FEEA Childcare Services, Inc. (FCCS), places a high priority on protecting your privacy and your data. We collect information to provide services to you and this privacy and data protection policy was created in order to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our program applicants and participants, and website users. This policy explains what types of information are collected by FCCS, via our website,, and through offline communication, and how this information is used.

What Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is Collected

Applicants to our programs provide specific PII as requested on our online program applications to determine their eligibility for our programs. Applicants accepted into their agency’s childcare subsidy program become Participants. Participants continue to interact with and provide information to FCCS so we can process monthly invoices, update childcare provider information, add or remove a child from the program, during the annual recertification process, and for other program-related reasons.

IP addresses

FCCS uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer, and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

Cookies may use cookies and other technologies, like pixel tags, to enhance your experience while using the site. Cookies are pieces of information that some websites transfer to the computer that is browsing that website and are used for record-keeping purposes at many websites. We use your personal information to to review your application, communicate with you about the childcare program, and provide ongoing program services to Participants. We may also use your information to track visitors to our websites. This lets us see which of our features are the most popular so we can better serve our users’ needs. It also lets us provide aggregate data about our traffic (not identifying you personally, but showing how many visitors used which features, for example) to outside parties.

FCCS may also release data when are compelled by law to do so.

Name, Email, Postal Address, and Phone Privacy

FCCS does not sell or rent names, email or postal addresses, or phone numbers, but may be required to share participant information with U.S. Federal Agencies that contract with us to provide childcare subsidy programs to their employees.

External Links may include links to other websites, some of which collect information on behalf of FCCS as part of our services (like our online forms) where the data provided is sent to FCCS and is covered by our policies when we receive it. Our application forms are secure and the data you provide is protected both in transit as it enters our system and once it is in our system.

We will use, and require our data management vendors to use, reasonable and appropriate security practices to safeguard your information.
